Valentina at reception very friendly and attentive.
Simple and clean rooms. The problem was that the hot water didn't work, we had to shower with almost cold water. Towels seemed very old and rough too.

The hotel is beautiful, it combines the traditional with the modern of Valparaíso, a privileged location. The breakfast is good and the staff very willing and friendly.
The beds could be improved, we requested a room with two beds whose structure felt too light (they moved). In terms of suggestions, it would be ideal to have a full-length mirror in the room.

The architecture and the aesthetics of the hotel are amazing - super cool vibes and an amazing location - I am very glad I stayed here. Loved how spacious my room was - having a balcony was a plus! Definitely would come back in summer!
I was traveling to Valpo in July (winter) and it seems like everywhere indoors was cold (not only Hotel Fauna). I wasn't prepared to be as cold indoors! The hotel room doesn't have heaters, lotion, or tissues - so come prepared!

Incredible breakfast and the attention, kindness and good vibes of those who provided the service pleasantly surprised us. We arrived on a rainy day and everything inside was warm, cozy, clean and also very private. We loved the terrace, because the next day the sun came out and it had incredible views, we fell in love with the decoration. The truth is we will return without a doubt.
Right in the room above, it seems to us, there was a family with younger children and of course there was a lot of filtration of the normal noise that children make, at some point it was more intense and uncomfortable, but nothing compared to everything else that was very good.
